FAQ's

What should I expect from the first session?

The initial consultation/ first session is an assessment (Standard/ or in depth if requested) to formulate a treatment plan that suits your individual needs. I will get you to fill out some forms that will take around 10/15 minutes to complete, we will then discuss the completed forms and your reasons you would like to have counselling/hypnotherapy. We can discuss any concerns or questions you may have and also whether I will be able to meet your needs or if you would benefit from a referral to another practitioner or service.

How often will I have counselling sessions?

Initially counselling/ hypnotherapy sessions are usually weekly and last for 1 hour for both individuals and couples. However we will discuss the frequency of your sessions in the initial consultation and at review point in your therapy and on discussion we may agree to changing sessions to fortnightly.

How many sessions will I need?

This is unique to every client which we will discuss in you initial consultation session. I offer both short-term and long term therapy, some clients often feel six sessions is enough, some 10-12 and other clients may need or prefer long-term therapy. The number of sessions can be reviewed on a regular basis.

How much will my therapy cost and how will I pay?

Take a look at our web store (Click Here)for a full list of prices from in-depth assessments to sessions.
